ALERT!© Safety Program
ALERT! is fun and engaging. It is a program designed to encourage personal involvement in an existing safety program.
ALERT! is a person-centered safety system with teamwork at its core. ALERT! differs from other safety programs: it focuses on the individual, stresses their motivation for working safe, builds their skill at identifying hazards, estimating risks, and provides them with tools to work in teams to reduce or eliminate unacceptable risk.
ALERT! Builds people by showing them respect, recognizing their skills, knowledge and contribution as well as teaching them new skills. ALERT! is focused on "what's possible"

Root Cause Analysis & Solution Creation
Root Cause Analysis is a structured approach to problem solving. The process breaks down any problem into causal chains and creates a visual map of everything that contributes to the problem being analyzed. Root Cause clearly defines a problem so it can be communicated and eliminated. The solution creation process defines the desired outcome, creates measures and sets achievable targets.

Communications for Managers is designed to enable managers to recognize communication barriers and how to remove them. The program teaches a variety of listening techniques and explains positive reinforcing communication.
