We began creating materials and delivering them to meet client needs in 2002. Our work revolves around a founding principle that change is lasting for people when it is based on ROR© - Reason, Opportunity, Respect - "give people a reason and opportunity to change and then respect their efforts". ACM combines technical, analytical, computer and communication strengths to create and apply methods that engage people in their business. We often begin with "Structured Listening" sessions to assist company executives or managers to understand underlying causes for unsatisfactory business results. ACM has also began collaborating with other companies to meet specialized client needs such as executive team building and alignment, management / supervisor development and wage employee training.
